I know this is a lot of money to spend on a pan, but this Ninja pan set is absolutely worth the money. First off, every component is dishwasher safe! Yay! I love the versatility of this pan. They also included 3 recipe cards. I really like that is is oven-safe to 500 degrees - that means I can finish a recipe off in the oven (for example, melt some cheese on top of a pasta dish) without having to transfer dishes. It is definitely heavy but not as heavy as my cast-iron pan. I also appreciate the pour spouts. I am trying to phase out the Teflon/older, less-safe nonstick pans I own and I am happy that this product doesn't contain any potentially harmful chemicals. I was worried before the first use because the pan surface is not smooth like my other non-stick products - it is sort of bumpy/gritty. However, the non-stick function worked great, even for fried eggs, so that was a non-issue. I also really like the fun color I ordered, paprika! Overall, this is a great pan with many uses. It also has a 10 year manufacturer warranty, so you know that the company stands behind their product.
