Maybe it's my body type but "I don't like wearing belts very much". They really make me uncomfortable almost all of the time. I bought a couple of these belts to "give" a little. They have really helped me and have been more convenient and reliable than I expected so far. They "seem" well made and I'm very happy with my purchase at the moment. Even with these straps tightened, I still get some kind of "return". I cut them. The ends melt very easily and smoothly. I really don't have any downsides, at least not yet. I'll check later if anything comes up, but I really don't expect any problems later either.
