Review on πŸŽ‰ Discover Counting and Sorting Fun: Learning Resources Counting Surprise Party Toy for Homeschooling and Fine Motor Development, Ages 3+ by Chris Walker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My daughter loves this. Great for home preschool education!

As an educator I love good manipulations to teach and reinforce math skills and concepts. Especially for younger children. That alone makes this a successful theme because it actually helps disguise learning as a game. I love how the little surprise boxes have the number printed on them PLUS the dots on the dice (dots on the dice). Recognizing the number of dots without counting is a very valuable skill when teaching young children. Besides practicing with the numbers, the small gift boxes and the gifts inside have the same colors. These are the 4 most important learning goals, because of course the language is popular! With a little imagination, you can include science/exercise/movement classes, directed actions, and more. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. In addition, training fine motor skills when opening and closing lids is a matter of course. My daughter just thinks they are fun toys that we play with every day. She has no idea she's learning so much.

  • Very good price
Cons
