Loved the versatility of this product. My granddaughter will have endless hours of fun and the awning on top is great for Florida sun and heat.Instructions were okay but nothing was in writing so if pictures weren’t self explanatory you were guessing. The unit has a "sink” with no drain hole. Kind of tough to explain to a 4 year old why water shouldn’t go in the sink!🤣😂 You definitely need a drill for the screws that lock the sides together. There are no predrilled holes or inserts. All in all, it’s a wonderful play place and multiple kids can play at the same time.
