My daughter is a size 7/8 she is 8 years old just turned 8 and they look like a nice t shirt, they are a bit longer and don't fit as well as some t shirts. I bought her a small size, she will be around a year or even 3 years old before she outgrows it. So if your baby is 1 or 2 sizes bigger than mine the little one should be fine especially if you want her to be a little bigger and cozier, they look really cute with jeans or leggings, not so good with skirts because they are long on it.
