Been on 2 international trips and 4 domestic trips with them, checked pockets each time, no kinks or breakage issues. Seems to be a quality product and a good buy. Looks sharp in the corner and easier to see my black luggage. I'm not sure how easy it would be to quickly look up contact information when requested by airport staff. I've already had a call at my home airport once while waiting for the gate to open because the luggage tag had come off my bag and I was called to check the newly printed tag. If they have to do it that fast again I guess we'll see.
