Nice to make and fun to eat!
I used Bisquick Original pancake mix. Use PAM to cover the form before filling it out. It took 1 cup of the mixture plus an egg, 1 cup soy milk and 1 teaspoon cooking oil to fill a mold (may help them pop out a bit easier). The Stonewall Kitchen Pancake Mix should also go well with this. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, bake for 21 minutes (maybe try 22 minutes next time for more browning), cool slightly, remove the chin line with a sharp knife and trim. Our family went scuba diving and had a lot of fun!
