Review on Protect Your IPhone 11 Pro With LifeProof FRE SERIES Waterproof Case In BLACK by Jessica Clay

These are the 3rd set of Lifeproof cases we have purchased for our different IPhones. Loved this brand so much we purchased 2 of them for our new iPhones 11 Pro, making it 6 Lifeproof cases we have purchased. My husband received his 3 days ago. Immediately noticed that the screen has bubbles, looks wet. Even worse problem, ringer turns OFF when you place phone in the case. That is a major problem. If we cannot resolve it, we will be returning both cases that were just received.UPDATE 8/28/2021: While the black case has held up with no problems at all, the purple one did not last at all. Kept thinking I was doing something wrong as the front part started to disintegrate/rot within 8 months. Purchased a 2nd one and this one started doing it even faster, less than 6 months. Not sure what causes the problem with the purple case to cause it to rot like that as have never had this happen with Lifeproof cases. Very disappointed in the purple Lifeproof case for IPhone 11 Pro.
