I received the wrong set from Ebay. I got the Birthday Cake/Icecream set, which in itself was a cute set, but not the one i ordered. In the box was a paper with a number to call if you had any issues with the product. So, i called the number and was answered right away. i was apologize to several times and told that it would be dealt with right away. he told me i was welcome to keep the cake/icecream set at no charge, and he would send me the correct set as soon as possible. I received the set in a timely manner (he texted me when he sent it, with a tracking number), and let me tell you, i LOVE it! Its exactly as described, with the velcro pieces, and all the dishes. Even my husband thought it was so cool! My granddaughter came over today and she played with the pots and pans all evening! Thank you so much for a quality product, and when we had an issue, you dealt with me extremely fast! (my husband has been dealing for almost a year with another company over an item he bought through ebay).
