Amazing for dehydration!
This little device is great. I'm about to dehydrate 50 pounds of strawberries for a hike and this slicer has reduced my prep time by 75%. It quickly slices strawberries to the perfect thickness for dehydrating. 6 pounds of strawberries are cut and stacked in trays in under 15 minutes. It used to take over an hour. Absolutely worth your money!
