I confess I bought these pins for a suitcase. To be honest I wasn't expecting much from the pens as they were just a bonus. They work very well. I had no intention of keeping the pens when I got them because, as I said, all I needed was the case, but the plan changed once I got them and tried them out. The pens write very fluently and the variety of colors is amazing. The case is excellent. And it fits perfectly in my little diary bag. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the pens I bought it for. BIC Intensity pens are meant to be weirdos that don't fit in a case, so I had to look for another. In case you were wondering, the intensity knobs are too small for the slots and tend to fall out, although other slightly larger fineliner knobs fit perfectly. I'll probably just put the gel pens back in and put them with my coloring pencils and adult coloring books since I only write in my journals with ultra-fine nibs. And I think these gel pens would be great for coloring. All in all I would definitely recommend them. Both for pens and the great case they come in.
