Love it! Beauty and Personal Care

First I tried regular Epsom salts for a sitz bath, I don't know what worked but it absolutely PAINFUL. I was trying to help myself recover from childbirth and just using Epsom salts was making my pain so terrible. I chose a salt specifically designed for postpartum care. The smell is a little strong, but not bad. It was MUCH more soothing than plain Epsom salts. I really enjoyed the sitz bath this time. I will definitely continue to use it as it gave me great relief right after one use.
