I started using this kit a few years ago and now it's my whitening routine when my teeth are looking a little dull or before an important event. I have a face mask that I use at night. I apply a small bead of gel along the back/front of the tooth and spread it evenly with a cotton swab. I use any extra gel to apply directly to the teeth before putting the mouthguard on. Sometimes I leave it on for 10 minutes, sometimes I sleep with it on all night. Either way it works, it just depends on when I do it and what's happening to me. I wake up with whiter teeth instantly!
