I'm 5'7" my hand could definitely hold something bigger which would reduce the amount of time I have to spend brushing my teeth so if it matters is to be efficient consider the size of the hand. The bristles mostly stayed in place, maybe some of them fell out or fell out first, but I haven't had any permanent hair loss in the last 30 days. The bristles work but are "soft" in my opinion. To the point that I won't be using this one anymore because it was too soft for me and I don't think I'll get all the benefits that I could with more coarse bristles. Some people definitely prefer the softer sensations, and for for those of you who do, this brush is just perfect. After using it on my legs every day for a month, I don't see any improvement (except that I'm tanned now). all the bumps and dimples are still there, while I used to get better ts (dimple reduction) results with courser bristles.
