Review on TOMS Kids Girls Bimini Little Boys' Shoes for Loafers by Tony Reid

I have a real TOMS

I am very sorry for those who received fakes. I got real black-on-black volumes for $30! I am happy! I have very wide peasant feet (think short and equal toes with a wide forefoot and thin heel) ranging in size from 6.5 to 7. I also have a high arch and a ridiculously high instep (top of foot) from - wearing pointe shoes for ten years. ballet work. Some shoes just don't fit my foot. They are almost unbearable. Love them, they can be comfortable but the finger box squeezes my fingers to the point where they go numb after 30 minutes. This is not good. I stuffed them to stretch them and the left boot is perfect now. But my right leg is more muscular and defined than my left and needs some stretching. Another problem I have is that this shoe has a very slippery sole. I ordered a size 7 to try and accommodate the narrower width and it will work if I wear it more often, but I could go for a 6.5 but I'm worried it would be even softer in the toe area. The first time you put them on you will hate them. Wide foot or not. It's scratchy and uncomfortable. I am not yet sold on TOMS. I like the company's mission and its comfort and style once it's settled. But I wish they would consider making them for wider feet so the broken shoe dance wouldn't be so extravagant. I almost remembered breaking in my pointe shoes. Curse of the Dancers.
