I saw that the front camera was blocked. The photo clearly showed a different phone than those shown in the shop window. I turned it over to the service, waited for their verdict, got my money back, and waited for a call. This whole thing is tedious, boring, and unpleasant. I forked over the cash, but it's been over two weeks since we last spoke. Additionally, the duration of the return process is unknown at this time. I’m praying that my problem gets fixed quickly. For the time being, I have no complaints about either the phone model or AliExpress, but I no longer feel the need to shop for pricey, complicated technical items there.
