Constant disconnects from my MacBook Pro while it was sleeping. I lifted the lid of my computer only to see a couple of notifications that the external hard drive was disconnected but not unmounted. A new notification was generated each time he woke up to check his mail. I sent it back. Very discouraged by the current state of USB-C docking stations. Not only is it Plugable, but also other docks I've tried. I resorted to an HDMI adapter, a USB hub, and a spare charger. It's an unsightly combo and was more expensive than this, but with a fork it does the job.
