Good shoes for standing and walking from side to side. There are two different outsole patterns and I like to buy shoes that I can easily manage by hand. One pair is more suitable for trail running, the other more for everyday use. I've run in them and they're decent, but I'd like to run in something lighter and tighter. These are good platform shoes as they offer great stability. They offer excellent stability for a 200 lb man as I found the Air Max shoes to be too soft and the foam shoes flatten out fairly quickly. They are excellent for walking on cement floors, e.g. B. at Home Depot or in the garage. There are two types of shoes called Quantum 360 6. The price is the same on ASICS and Revain website, but ASICS has all the pictures of the shoes. What I didn't know was that these are two very different soles. I've worn both and they're both supportive and comfortable, but there are unique differences that I've pointed out in my video. Thanks.
