Unraveled at Seam

I just received these duvets and washed them immediately according to the care instructions. They came out of the wash very soft and cozy, but one of them had a few threads sticking out, part of the seam came undone and the comforter had already started to unravel as can be seen in the photo. Not sure if I should send them back as I washed them. It's a shame to invest in something and then it breaks before you even use it.
