I was looking for a dependable piece of equipment to help me improve my striking technique but this product didn't live up to my expectations. As a result of my tests, I determined that it wasn't very sturdy and couldn`t withstand even medium force punches. While the price point was attractive, the quality was lacking... The only pro was that it was easy to install, but that wasn't enough to make up for the overall disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone looking to improve their skills in Sports and Outdoors..
