If you are having trouble and only getting 29fps and lots of lag, You need to change the graphics settings output to the monitor. (win10) right click on the windows screen go to graphics properties (not display settings). Click on display, select your tv monitor. You will have to change the resolution like i did, I changed it to 1920 x 1080, then you can change the refresh rate, I set mine to 60i hz save and check it. It was not the tv for me. I have an alienware gaming lap top that has a secondary video card for the external hdmi that cant handle 4k. After changing the resolution i am not getting 4k but it still looks great. I wrote this cause a lot of people where blaming the tv for the fps when its the computer. You may play with the resolution and fps and get better than i did, but my games have no lag or delay and good fps. hope this helps someone.
