Complete garbage. Sticking them to the wall would be more effective than the screws/plugs provided.

Screws barely go through metal wall brackets to secure into wall anchors, leaving no structural integrity for any weight in hangars. After a few minutes, the screws began to break out of the dowels, ripping off the drywall in the process.
