I ordered this necklace because I heard amber helps with teething and drooling and my 2 month old has just started drooling so I wanted to start with prevention. This necklace definitely works, my kid doesn't drool wearing it. I only put it on when she is awake and under constant supervision so other times she drools. I love that it has a zipper instead of a screw, which makes quick dressing and undressing of a squirming baby that much easier.
