I read all the questions and answers before ordering these glasses. Hopefully this review answers some of your questions. I work very long hours and sleep very little. I almost always look at the electronic screen. My eyes are beyond tired. I have to wear reading glasses so I ordered my normal prescription. These glasses are great for reading and writing on a computer, as well as texting on a cell phone. However, I also watch a lot of TV and don't need TV zoom. It actually distorts my viewing, so today I ordered a second pair with no zoom, just blue blocking. I think it will really help my eyes to block out the blue color blocking the tv. the answer to the question "which power increase to buy". Think about what benefits you the most. If you don't wear glasses for watching TV I suggest ordering a second pair of glasses with plain blue blocking and one for computers and texting. These glasses are of good quality. I can't believe how little they cost. Your eyesight is definitely worth more than $10-$20!
