Found at a thrift store for $12.99 with a refund if it doesn't work. There are no instructions, but all parts are in the original packaging. I've never over-knitted a thread, but I was able to do it with a little time and thought. After threading the thread, attaching some fabric to it, pressing the pedal, I quickly had a good serger. That's all it will do, so don't expect more. If you're like me and just want to tidy up the edges of fabric and keep them clean, this will get the job done for a fraction of the price of a full serger. For me it was a great purchase.
