I am editing my review. I am shocked by the customer service of this company! The owner saw my first review and photos and contacted me personally. They raised the issue with quality control and she sent me a new board which she looked at herself before shipping. The new board is perfect and I love it! Hopefully the quality control issue is resolved and it doesn't happen to anyone, but know that this company has great customer service. First Rating: One Star Terrible Quality! I had to buy two of these and both arrived broken or damaged. The first had a crack in the frame which obviously tried to be repaired but failed. I went back and re-ordered only to be disappointed again! The second came and the felt starts to rise in the corner. I won't try a third time. It also stinks the first time you open it and I'm not a fan of the weird bubbles on the frame. Super disappointed
