Review on Audio INTRO Premium Headphones Universal by Dustin Barry

I bought these headphones at the end of March 2015 because the ones I was using stopped working and I urgently needed a quick replacement. After a bit of research, they turned out to be one of the 'best' buys in my price range at the time, so I bought them in white (not my usual choice of headphones, but they were significantly cheaper than others). color options at the time and I was on a budget). The sound was good and clean with no crackling or anything like that (I'm not a music lover, sorry). The foldable design is very convenient for travel and will not cause any discomfort even if you carry it for a long time. The cable that plugs into the right earbud has always struck me as a little odd, but of course that's personal preference as I'm used to earbuds with a left-side cable. At the end of August 2015 (5 months after purchase) the left side sound was gone unless I held the cable a certain way. It only got worse over time. I had to buy them in black as they became quite dull in a short time although I tried not to leave them unattended etc. The leather material started peeling a few months ago and the fabric covering the cushion (but under the faux skin) unbuttoned on the headphones and huddled together. Please note that you have to pay the shipping/tracking/packing cost when you receive it and there is some problem that you have to send it to JLab for exchange/inspection/repair/whatever and you no compensation receive. I think it's a little odd, but mostly because I live in the Northeast and their facilities are in California, so I'm currently deciding whether or not to ship them at all when I'm likely to run into the same issue. after a few months with replacement. Just my five cents.
