I like that it is easy to use, allows you access from anywhere at any time with no fees for calls or text messages! It also has great customer service which makes communication simple if there are issues during your shift (which we have never had). There isn't anything bad about this program as far as functionality goes; however some of their features can be confusing but they do provide helpful training videos so all in all not too much confusion once using them regularly - just make sure when signing up/registering correctly what type(s)of shifts will work best fit within our needs before committing because sometimes certain types may need additional steps than others depending upon how many different providers utilize such software platforms. We've been able solve problems regarding provider scheduling via texting versus phone call since most doctors don’t want to answer phones anymore due to lack of availability outside office hours etc., plus now being out-patient.
