Recently the surge protector in the top 2 outlets stopped working for me (in one of them, I bought 2 at the same time). Then I hooked up a microwave to it, which I've done before, I mean it's a surge protector, it should be safe. He stumbled several times. Finally, I just plugged it into an outlet. Because of what was going on I was afraid the whole switch would fail and I would have to go outside and reset it. Not me. THIS IS AN AMAZING NETWORK COUNTER WITH MANY OUTPUTS. ALL HIS WORK IS HOLDING THE FRONT BARRIERS SOCKETS. Anyway, I had nothing to do with it. It was connected to the wall. I plugged in my phone and made sure the switch was on, but it started tingling. I thought maybe I imagined it, but no. The switch that turns on the outlets has some kind of short circuit. There is currently a risk of fire. I started looking for items and they are from the same brand. I think 5 years is a good run but how do you know? I never thought. Just don't buy it because you'll forget how many years you've had it and you could get electrocuted or your house could burn down. I just do not know. Getting better. I
