They fit my petite 4 year old perfectly! She wore them with her Halloween costume (Cruella) and now loves wearing them to dress up!
- Must be the size. I bought blind. It was big for my 4 year old granddaughter and perfect for my 9 year old granddaughter.
- Glued to the silky fabric on one side of the bow only, so it's already falling apart
