Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 225/65 R17 102H all season by Michal Wasowicz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

I will be switching to 235/60/18 from 225/70/16 Toyo Country AT beginning in April 2022. I drove more than 25,000 kilometers during the course of the season. (at this point in the race, wear is hardly evident at all). During the summer, I made multiple trips to the Altai Mountains, and my vehicle performed admirably on the steep descents and ascents, as well as on the rocky terrain and off-road terrain that required a 4+ rating. A consistent four on asphalt (keep in mind that the AT is not a freeway).

Pros
  • Soft, not noisy rubber. Worthy prevails over every obstacle. Good off-road qualities as well as the ability to confidently handle dry and wet pavement. Excellent mixture of asphalt and dirt! Having a healthy equilibrium.
Cons
  • I used 235/60/18 tires rather than 225/70/16 ones, which resulted in a consumption rise of 0.5 liters (despite the fact that the rubber is now several pounds heavier). The management style has evolved into a more "roll" approach. New tires are notorious for retaining pebbles and other debris.
