Poor Product Quality and Unsatisfactory Customer Service Leave Me Disappointed with Surace

I recently had a very bad encounter with Surace, so I'm sorry but I'm unable to endorse their online store. Although they assert that they provide excellent customer service and high-quality goods, my experience was quite the opposite. First of all, the Surace products I bought were of incredibly low grade. After only a week of use, the phone case I purchased broke, and the smartwatch accessory I received was flawed right out of the package. When I got in touch with their customer support department, they weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care about my issues. Speaking of customer care, I was very disappointed in Surace's team. They were unresponsive and didn't seem interested in fixing the problem when I contacted them about the problems I was experiencing with their products. It was obvious that they placed a higher priority on closing sales than on keeping clients happy. I had a very bad overall experience with Surace, and I would advise anyone thinking about shopping there to seek elsewhere. The hassle is not worth their subpar goods and unimpressive customer service.
