Review on 🏌️ Gray/Black SkyCaddie SG4 Golf GPS System by Robert Helstrom

Bad product, terrible quality and customer service

Do not buy SkyCaddie or any other SkyGolf product! I would like to warn people about SkyGolf/SkyCaddie. I bought the SG4 mainly for the SD-RAM expansion slot, which I have a few additions where it is promised that this slot will allow more courses to be stored; FALSE, slot doesn't do anything, never did. I have called SkyCaddie many times about this and have always been promised a solution. At this point it is too late, there are too many better technologies on the market. Additionally, I had a terrible time finding and maintaining satellite connections. The uPro is the device I like the most and after I bought it I emailed them a support request and they responded within 24 hours. SUNDAY! I waited several weeks but never received the promised calls from SkyGolf. Your customer support is a joke; I suspect that once they are no longer able to charge people $30 a year, their business model will not be sustainable. I believe this puts SkyGolf at risk of bankruptcy as their business model requires people to still be willing to pay this outrageous fee. subpoenaed. There are others, like the iGolf, that are much cheaper than the SkyCaddie. I think SkyGolf thought their IntelliGreen patents would give them a lasting advantage; Thankfully, uPro has abandoned this technology entirely. In short, SkyGolf was early but not a leader in technology, pricing, or customer service (in fact, I rarely, if ever, deal with a company with the worst customer service). By the way, if anyone wants a used SG4 cheap, I have one that is being sold used
