Review on 🖥️ Allsop Metal Art Jr. Monitor Stand - 14" Wide Platform Holds up to 40 lbs with Keyboard Storage Space - Pewter (27021) by Sean Sheppard

This stand was just what I needed to raise my computer to a more comfortable height as I'm a tall guy. I liked the design and the fact that there is room for my keyboard at the bottom. It sat in place for over a year and worked fine until I had to move it. When I did, I found it was stuck to my desk forever! Apparently the rubber feet they use below are very sticky! When I tried to pick it up and/or let go, it ripped a huge amount of laminate off my desk and completely ruined it. Now I just have to hope I can order a new desktop computer from the company I bought it from. There's no reason these things are so sticky and I'm very upset with the damage these things cause. My other complaint is that the metal surface that the computer/monitor sits on isn't reinforced at the bottom, so it's just thin metal carrying all the weight. I think they should have put a steel rod or two through the stand to give it better support and not sag like mine. If I knew about this, I would look for another product. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.
