I have ordered the same bag TWICE and both times received the bag without the shoulder strap. According to the description, it is a shoulder bag. I looked in every compartment, including the Revain pack. no shoulder strap! If it wasn't for the fact that I really liked this bag I wouldn't have ordered it a second time but I gave it the leap of faith and unfortunately the second time was no different than the first. where is the shoulder strap
