Very strange collar

Very strange shaped buckle that doesn't really work. It stands up but doesn't lay flat. The leash ring serves as the sole means of holding the extra length of the collar in place, but that is not the case. You really need a pair of leather straps for this job. My dog is still growing so I ordered size M/L which is 16-20 inches. Her neck measures 17 inches and as you can see from the photos she has no room for a bulge. She solved this problem by chewing the excess up to the second hole the first day she put it on. This purchase was a waste of money and I went back to looking for another collar.
