Tool works as described. Despite its length, it's tough enough to sand the inside curves of hardwood. A 1" diameter will not tighten enough to hold the sanding drum securely in place. He goes up or down. It's easy to switch. Rubber bushing for a tighter grip on the drum. Despite the issue, I still think it's worth the price.
