This works way better than I expected given the mixed reviews. I also ordered a developer. The tool provided is good for mixing the small amount you need, but that's about it. It's just a thin plastic stick. It is not suitable for applying paint. I already had and used disposable mascara applicators. When mixing the color and developer you need to work on it as it feels clumpy at first but just keep mixing and it will get a little creamier. I've used lip balm as a barrier on my eyelids and under my eyes. I used duct tape under my eyes as first aid and was really glad I did because coloring your bottom lashes was going to get a little messy. I ordered dark black and just wanted to use it for my lashes. I didn't dye my eyebrows. I've added a photo below, remembering that I don't naturally have long or full lashes and they were almost invisible before I colored them. In the photo you can see my eyelashes without mascara. I left the color on for 20 minutes. I checked it after 10 minutes and it wasn't enough so I left it for another 10.
