Smaller than expected

I thought it was bigger than it was. Also, I can't really attach the pacifier my son uses to it. I was hoping for a velcro strap but since it's so wide I feel like it doesn't match the dummy options. In general, he is very cute, rattles and rustles, so he will still be just a toy for my son.
