This is a heavy duty head for the suction cups with external bearings. I find this to be a much better design than thin handled wrenches or those that only fit in a socket. Why? Due to the likelihood that you will ever encounter a stuck BB cup. A wrench with a thin handle will kill your hand, and a socket wrench isn't that long. Get a longer adjustable wrench that engages the flats on this tool and you're probably done. If it's really sticking (like mine was recently), I could put the bushing in my vise, which is holding tight on the flats, and place the frame/cup assembly (a lying boom tube in my case) in the bushing and Use a much larger tube/boom frame lever to loosen the cup. Don't let it fall on your foot!
