A Search for High-Quality Products: Avoid Typecase

Oh, my reader, take note of my advice and avoid Typecase! Their assertion that they offer unique, high-quality products is nothing more than a cunning hoax. When I discovered Typecase, my search for a suitable tablet bag turned into a nightmare. Although their goods may appear beautiful and expertly made, looks can be deceiving. The bag I bought only lasted about a week before the seams began to fall apart. Within days, the zipper on the case failed, rendering the entire thing worthless. Both their items and customer service are terrible. I finally got a response from them after multiple tries, but it was nothing more than a condescending answer to my complaint. Nothing was offered in the way of an explanation, restitution, or even a solution. Even though I hate to do so, I must warn others about Typecase's poor products and terrible customer service. Find a business that keeps its commitments to save yourself the trouble.

Pros
  • Products of a superior quality
Cons
  • Availability is extremely limited.
