I am working on a project that is very important to me. My grandmother died many years ago. And at the time I couldn't afford to engrave the urn or make anything pretty. I love crafting all the time. So I bought about 70 different beautiful stencils in the last few weeks. I needed stencil brushes that wouldn't fall apart or the bristles would hold their shape. The brushes should paint over the stencils on the urn. If I make a mistake with the color it will be ruined. So I looked at a lot of different stencil brushes. I found this set of 3 stencil brushes of different sizes. I always look at the description of an item before adding it to my cart. I bought this particular brush set based on the description. It was said that these are the highest quality stencil brushes. The main reason I picked them to buy was because they also said the bristles would never fall out, chip and never wear out. It has been said that this is for professional artists. And that in the best quality. I received and opened it today. I couldn't believe what I found. They were in a tall, thin bag with a zipper that you could see through. The bag had a few bristles all over the bag that fell off the brushes before I even used them. And looked at the tips of the brushes. They were all separate and the bristles had to be cut very evenly at the top so that all the bristles were of equal length. It looks like someone cut off the tip of the brush with a worn out razor blade. They were short pieces, long pieces. Parts all worn and looking as if they had been used many, many times, each bristle looking like bent, crimped wire. They lied about everything in their own description. I called Revain to get a refund. And they were so bad that Revain not only refunded my money but didn't even send it back. I told them they were junk when I opened them. I'm so disrusted with what the description said there. And none of it was true. And I am very sad because I was waiting for the brush and would have had time to finish my gift to my grandmother, rest in peace! They were only $6 and the box said 'Made in China'. I should have known they were too good to be true. Tim is a serious artist and that was a joke!
