I saw these molds and wanted to try them for a small "adult" party. As with other reviews, the first few tries ended up with headless dinosaurs. Finally, after several attempts, I got the perfect set. An eight-hour freeze time, and instead, by shaking the pops or even waiting 20 seconds (or soaking in warm water), we turned the silicone inside out and peeled it off (carefully with your head). It was our last try of the day so we didn't care if they failed or not, we just got through and were surprised they stayed in shape. I wish they came with instructions on how to just use it the first time instead of spending hours experimenting to find a way to get it working. Otherwise good, nice little silicone molds.
