I would rather use the washer, so I would put it in cool water, hand wash cycle, hang/air dry. However, looking at this product page for tips is a great idea. I love these sweaters so much. This is an extremely warm, soft knit. The style is pretty, maybe a tiny bit slouchy, depending on your shape. I am considered apple shaped with high waist/hips. Long, skinny legs. Larger in the midsection. The worst of the worst in my opinion. In cold weather it is so nice to use this sweater to minimize the opportunities for someone to see what is being camouflaged.I love this price. You are getting a pretty substantial knit, very soft. The length is just at mid thigh for me. Lovely sweater indeed. A keeper. A win-win.Enjoy!
