Review on Premium Twine Acacia Wood Handled Cheese Grater: Stainless Steel Grater, Citrus Zester, Reinforced Base - Vintage Kitchenware at its Finest by Sarah Szymanski

Good grater, like my old one.

We need a stainless steel grater. This one seems to fit the bill even though we had quite a bit of time. We chose this one because it looks very similar to our old grater we've had since the 70's. I didn't understand what the gem actually was and donated it on our last step. Since then we've had several other graters that weren't as good. The one he was holding fell apart and the handle fell loose. The standee was difficult to clean as it had rubber on the bottom. You don't really need rubber to keep it from slipping. Also, it is difficult to clean as food gets stuck in the rubber bottom. Also, most rubber floors are not 100% stainless steel. We like our new grater as it has all the features of the old grater but is sharper and slightly larger which gives a nice clean grater. Highly recommended! Just watch your joints!
