Unfortunately, the humidifier died the following morning, so I was unable to completely appreciate my purchase. In fact, I'm relieved that things worked out this way because I ended up purchasing the same Xiaomi Smartmi Evaporative Humidifier 2 in its place. Yes, it costs twice as much, but it actually has a lot of benefits: It isn't ultrasound. Because the design is simpler and there is nothing to break, this is positive. Only if you don't have it set to full speed will it be significantly louder in terms of volume. I also pretended to be trouble-free in HomeKit (through HomeBridge). -it "traps" dust particles, causing them to settle and preventing you from breathing "moistened" dust. A Polaris ultrasonic was mine. Because of this, after a long day at work, breathing got difficult (the humidity at the time was only around 50%). Although I can't properly compare, it seems like the new humidifier gets the job done much more quickly. In general, I advise spending more because you've chosen to maintain the microclimate in your residence.
