I am using this with a Dell XPS 13 2 in 1 computer. I also use the Surface Pro 4 regularly, so I mostly compare my experience with Bamboo Ink to the Surface Pen. I initially had some trouble connecting the pen to my computer via Bluetooth. The pen was not showing up as a visible device in the Windows 10 settings for Bluetooth devices. I've tried repeatedly to get it working but to no avail. I ended up going to the Wacom website and downloaded the updated drivers. This drive pack added the Wacom Pen app to my computer. I was able to connect to it with no problems. Once plugged in, the pen works great for my needs. I mainly use it to mark up PDF documents. I can do this in both Adobe Acrobat DC and Microsoft Inking in Edge, with Edge set to open PDF. Both work very well. There is no noticeable delay between the pattern and the appearance of the ink. I've played around with the drawing app Windows Ink Workspace, and Bamboo Ink seems very similar to the Surface Pen in its capabilities. The Bamboo Ink feels comfortable enough in the hand, but it lacks the comfortable weight of the Surface Pen. Also, the top button feels a little weaker than the Surface Pen, but I haven't had any issues with it. It can be programmed to launch various applications including Ink Workspace and One Note. It comes with various handpieces and a battery. So far I am satisfied with his work.
