The color convinced me!

I have always used a wired probe thermometer for cooking and have been reluctant to buy this type of probe (I am a bit clumsy and afraid of burning myself etc.). I must admit I was very impressed that I can change the angle of the probe and it is very sharp making it very easy to pierce the cooked meat.
