Something is wrong but I don't know what. The charger worked fine as far as I could tell, but the drill's battery is obviously bad. There is no charge. I don't attribute this to the charger, but to the battery. I bought a new drill and wanted to donate the old one to charity. It's an exercise that doesn't work. Now the question is how much do I want to spend on the drill I want to give away. So far I've been able to buy a new one from Revain for less than it would probably cost to get the old one working.
