The adapter works very well and is exactly what I was looking for. A note. The small knurled pins holding the block have no slots for a screwdriver. You can see it in the photos so I'm sorry I didn't notice. I had a little problem with the installation as the ports on my computer are very close together. I had to remove everything else first, then install this adapter and then tighten it with needle nose pliers. Even after removing the other cables, I still didn't have enough room to grab the thumbscrews with my fingers since they are so small and so close to the adapter's body. Not critical, but I'd happily pay a little more for the screwdriver slots.
